The description and criteria for individual 澳门心水论坛awards as well as instructions on how to submit an online nomination are available below.
Make Your Nominations
All 澳门心水论坛alumni who have earned an undergraduate or graduate degree from 澳门心水论坛(in any major) are eligible for nomination. Take a moment to celebrate a YJ4L in your life by submitting an alumni award nomination. Our new online process is easy; no lengthy letter of recommendation or extensive research is required. Individual award criteria and instructions for submitting a nomination online are included below.
Honors & Awards
Alumni Merit Award
The 澳门心水论坛 Alumni Merit Award honors outstanding alumni and honorary alumni for their achievements, leadership and contributions to their profession or field of study, community and alma mater. Nominees are evaluated on their achievements since graduating from or leaving BW. Alumni of all majors and degree programs have been celebrated with this award.
Athletic Hall of Fame
The 澳门心水论坛 Athletics Hall of Fame was established in 1965 to honor outstanding individuals for contributions to the University as an athlete, coach or athletic administrator. The Hall of Fame inducted its first female honorees in 1992, and more than 300 men and women have been recognized throughout the decades. 澳门心水论坛athletes have established a rich tradition in athletics throughout their college years and beyond. Many of their accomplishments are chronicled in the Athletic Archives, located in the Lou Higgins Recreation Center.
The awards are presented annually at the Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony in the fall. To nominate a Yellow Jacket great for consideration for the Hall of Fame, .
Conservatory of Performing Arts Alumni Achievement Award
The Conservatory of Performing Arts honors outstanding alumni for their achievements in the field of music through performance, education or service to others with the presentation of the Conservatory of Performing Arts Alumni Achievement Awards. The achievement awards are conferred as often as deemed appropriate by the selection committee. Honorees receive their award at a special event and interact meaningfully with Conservatory students in master class settings.
Family Heritage Award
The Alumni Association recognizes and honors those distinguished families who, throughout generations, have provided many years of faithful and loyal service to 澳门心水论坛. The number of generations and family members who have graduated from BW, as well as service to BW, are considered. All members of the association are encouraged to nominate families they deem worthy of this honor. For more information on how to nominate a family, email bwalumni@bw.edu or call (440) 826-2104.
Distinguished Alumni
By definition, distinguished alumni are those who have been honored with one or more of the 澳门心水论坛alumni awards described above, or who have served 澳门心水论坛as a trustee.
